San Francisco extends moratorium on rent increases to October 21, 2020

On August 25, 2020, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors voted to extend the moratorium on rent increases to October 21, 2020. The rent increase moratorium is explained in more detail here.

A Rare & Outstanding Attorney
Tom Elke has been my primary source of knowledge, direction, and wisdom during two evictions I dealt with regarding a foreclosed single family home I partially rented.
