San Francisco Rent Board Announces Annual Allowable Rent Increase
The San Francisco Rent Board announced that the new maximum allowable annual rent increase is 1.9%. This limit applies to rent increases that are effective between March 1, 2015 and February 29, 2016. Of course, a landlord may impose past banked rent increases if they had not been previously applied.
